Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within the week the order is placed. Once processed, they'll be packaged and shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week.
Shipping time is 1-3 business days via priority mail after we've shipped on are shipping days (Mon-Weds). We recommend ordering or planning your order ahead of time.
We only ship within United States using USPS or UPS.
Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number when the order has shipped through your email. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us and let us know right away. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods when contacting us about your order.
Since we are a small business and our treats are all perishables products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best to make it right.
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us. We will file a claim and get you a replacement sent asap! If you have any other concerns or questions, please check our FAQs page. We're here to help!
