What are your products made of?
Pupcakes products are baked with only natural, human grade ingredients. With no added sugar and no artificial additives, preservatives, or flavorings. Our baked goods are all gluten-free and is nutritionally complete and balanced for your furry friend. Our head pâtissier is certified in dog nutrition baking (Yes! There’s such a thing!) and certified in Texas food handling.
How long do your cakes/treats last?
We recommend storing them in the fridge and to be consumed within 2-3 days. You may freeze the treats in an airtight container and let it thaw in room temperature. You may defrost using a microwave for 5-10 seconds (Be cautious because they might be too hot for your furry friend depending on your microwave.) Please make sure the treat is in ideal serving temperature for your dog. If you freeze the treats, it may last up to 2 weeks!
Do you sell dog party hats, and other party supplies?
Yes! We also sell items for your dog-celebration such as: party hats, birthday banners, birthday candles, birthday balloons! These items are available for purchase at our store or online!
Are the dog cakes vegan?
No, most of our baked goods contain eggs and honey.
What size cake should I order?
Our 4” diameter cake is a great size for dogs under 40lbs. For our larger dogs, we recommend our 5” or 7” cakes. You can always slice it up into pieces and share them with your guests!
Please keep in mind our products are meant as a treat and are not intended to replace your dog’s regular meal.
Can I eat my dog’s cake?
Of course! Our products are all human grade which means it is human edible! All our products are baked, packaged, and held in accordance with certain federal regulations. And that is why our products are labeled as “human-grade.” While you could consume it, we don’t recommend it. This is because we don’t use any artificial additives, preservatives, or flavorings, you may find the flavors and textures less than appetizing. Don’t worry though, your dog is sure to approve!
